Head office of the International Dialogue Centre Environment and Development (IDCED) is Magdeburg, Germany as part of the Environmental Institute IWU e.V. There are also national centres in the new EU member states and candidate countries. Since 2003 IDCED centres have been established in Bulgaria, Poland, Lithuania, Romania and Slovakia.
