Monetization meets Social Media on 25 June 2009
The Monetization 2.0 Camp
is an exchange platform that deals with the topic of earning money
using Web projects that focus on interaction with Internet users.
The slogan “Web 2.0” illustrates cooperation with Internet
users as a new quality of the WWW. Consumers become
producers. More and more web projects are beginning to give users
tools which enable them to actively cooperate in the design of
services, products and processes. In the first euphoric phase of
its development, many people created projects which showcased the
potential of this type of interaction but which had little focus on
important economic aspects.
In the Monetization 2.0 Camp, interested participants, publishers,
developers, start-ups, Web 2.0 enthusiasts, visionaries, entrepreneurs
and investors can meet and exchange views on the subjects of earning
money with Web projects, financing Web projects and using Web 2.0
features to enhance existing Web projects.
In
addition to the Monetization 2.0 Camp, Online-Profits will also be
hosting the Social Media Camp. We are very excited about this
