Innovation Lounge

The Innovation-Lounge will be carried out for the first time this year in cooperation with SciConomy. IT Profits 5.0 as the business lounge for the digital economy provides the perfect setting for the Innovation-Lounge.

The Innovation-Lounge will be meeting point for essential players in the development of innovative products and processes in the ICT sector. Research institutions will present research and development results in workshops. Companies can pose questions, for which they search ideas for solutions in innovation-workshops. Experts give advice for the implementation of a innovation process. The result will be a discourse beyond the boundaries of departments and institutions.

Ways of Participation

The Innovation-Lounge aims at the initiation of innovation processes. This aim is supported by the special spatial concept and the combination of exhibitors and speakers.

Enterprises, academic institutions and advisors can participate in the Innovation-Lounge. Either as exhibitor, or/and by holding a workshop.

In the different kind of workshops solutions for technological and economic questions will be discussed. Potential co-operations between science and economy will be spotted. Vital issues for the success of a innovation process will be presented in seminars: From technology validation and patenting strategies to questions about financing, market launch and communication.
