International Trade Visitors Reception

The International Trade Visitor Reception is a business and services centre reserved exclusively for IFA trade visitors. Here you will find a place to meet, hold talks and exchange information, in a pleasant and calm atmosphere away from the daily bustle of the fair.
The International Trade Visitor Reception is open daily from 8 a.m., two hours before the fair officially opens to the public.
The following services are available:
- Trade visitor breakfast: start off the day with coffee, tea and fresh croissants. You are cordially invited.
- Trade visitor package: this is where you will receive your free trade visitor package with the official IFA trade fair catalogue and additional information to assist you during your stay in Berlin.
- Information counter: our hostesses will gladly provide detailed help and written information in any one of ten languages to ensure you are well prepared for the fair. We speak English, French, Spanish, Polish, Russian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Arabic and Turkish.
- International Trade Press Stand: Find out about national and international magazines from the world of consumer electronics. All issues are free of charge. A list of the publications available can be found here.
- Conference rooms: make use of our conference rooms (size: app. 20m²) and talk to business partners away from the strain and hectic atmosphere of the fair. Room bookings are possible starting 22 August 2008.
- Guided tours of the IFA: take part in daily tours focusing on the latest topics at the IFA, organised exclusively for trade visitors to the show. Tours start at the International Trade Visitor Reception. More details
