Guideline for International Trade Visitors
Step1:

Visitor?
IFA is serving its customers worldwide. The network of IFA Representative Offices
(Messe Berlin's representatives) on all five continents guarantees that
international trade visitors can almost always reach a nearby
representative of IFA in their region.
In order to buy a ticket for IFA we recommend to contact your IFA Representative Office
(official representatives of Messe Berlin GmbH) in your country or
region. Our IFA Representative Offices provide information about IFA,
service for ticketing and pre-registration, visa application and travel
arrangements in national language.
Step 2:
How to apply for a visa? Where do I get an invitation letter for my visa application?
Please contact the IFA Representative Office
in your region to request for an invitation letter for visa
application. Kindly note that you need to buy your ticket and register
as IFA trade visitor before you are able to apply for an invitation
letter for IFA 2009.
