The Cuban Summer Garden highlight of Cubano Aléman

“Rhythms Del Mundo – Cubano Alemán“ is a collaboration of Cuba’s best musicians, members of the Buena Vista Social Club, and Germany’s top artists Silbermond, Juli, Adel Tawil of Ich+Ich, 2raumwohnung, Culcha Candela and Jan Delay. These artists are among those who have recorded new arrangements of their greatest hits with the Buena Vista Social Club.“Rhythms Del Mundo – Cuba“, the Buena Vista Social Club’s first album in 2007, which featured international artists such as U2, Coldplay, Radiohead, Arctic Monkeys and Jack Johnson, honoured Ibrahim Ferrer, their deceased friend and a co-founder of the club. Performed by the original artists and recorded with the Buena Vista Social Club, “Rhythms Del Mundo – Cuba“ topped the charts worldwide.
Now this group of Cuban musicians has released a second outstanding album, “Rhythms Del Mundo – Cubano Alemán“, proof once again that their music unites people beyond Cuba’s borders.
Visitors will be able to experience Cuban music live in the IFA Summer Garden.
