FRUIT LOGISTICA Innovation Award 2009

The FRUIT LOGISTICA INNOVATION AWARD 2009 will be presented in February 2009 at the world’s leading international trade fair for fruit and vegetable marketing in Berlin, 4 - 6 february 2009 ( new date: Wednesday - Friday ) in recognition of outstanding innovation in products and services which have been introduced to the market in the last twelve months. The competition is open to all companies exhibiting at FRUIT LOGISTICA 2009 which have commercially introduced an exceptional innovation to the market in the period from 1 November 2007 and 31 October 2008.

The ten best innovations will be initially selected by an expert panel of judges. These ten nominations will then be presented to more than 50,000 trade visitors at FRUIT LOGISTICA 2009 in a special exhibition area. Visitors to the fair will then be invited to cast their votes for the best innovation of the year. The winner will be announced on 6 February 2009 at a special awards ceremony in the hall forum.

The annual FRUIT LOGISTICA Innovation Award is presented jointly by Messe Berlin GmbH and FRUCHTHANDEL MAGAZIN (Düsseldorf).
