An increasing number of cleaning services companies offer supplemental services including outdoor care and maintenance work, lawn care, street cleaning and winter services. In order to meet the needs of this special service sector, CMS 2009 features a larger "Expanded  Services" segment.

The special show "Expanded Services" features machines, equipment and accessories for grounds and road maintenance as well as for park maintenance and winter services.

The special show "Building Facade Cleaning"  demonstrates cleaning equipment under real-life conditions on the massive 3,400 m² glass facade of the Messe Berlin South Entrance Foyer.

Demonstrations of the special shows happens at the South Entrance forecourt. Tuesday to Thursday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm 4 times a day and  Friday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm 3 times a day.
