Please complete and fax this advance registration form by 16th August 2009 to the above address. We shall also require a copy of your press card or a letter from your editor-in-chief confirming that you have been appointed to report on the ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA 2009. You will then receive your ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA confirmation letter for your free access to the event. Please bring this letter to Hong Kong and collect your badge at the Registration counter. If your accreditation documents are not adequate we shall notify you accordingly. Representatives of the press who have not registered in advance may do so from 2 September 2009, but only on the accreditation ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA.
