Please complete and return this form by 17 October 2008, enclosing legitimation in accordance with the Messe Berlin accreditation guidelines at www.art-forum-berlin.com/Press Info/Accreditation.
If you register until 17 October 2008 you will receive your press pass by post (only within Germany) otherwise you can obtain your press cards at the accreditation counter at the North entrance, Hammarskjöldplatz on your arrival. Representatives of the press who have not registered in advance may do so on the accreditation counter at the North entrance, Hammarskjöldplatz.
No person shall have an automatic right to obtain accreditation. The premises are subject to the company's own regulations. In the event of documentation being insufficient we will inform you without delay.
