IFA – The highlight of the year

An attendance by 1,164 exhibitors occupying 121,000 square metres and more than 3 billion euros worth of orders are once again proof that IFA is the world’s leading business event for consumer electronics and home appliances.

A showcase for innovation and the technology of tomorrow – coupled with a spectacular programme of entertainment events – the IFA 2009 fascinated 228,000 visitors from around the world. More 6,219 journalists from 78 countries reported on the exciting world of consumer electronics and home appliances.

IFA 2010 will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily from 3 to 8 September 2010. Trade visitors will have access to the International Trade Visitor Reception starting at 8 a.m., already two hours before the fair officially opens to the public.
