Digital presentation management system includes a high-end video conversion tool, which guarantees
technically perfect presentations and smooth running sessions. The room interface is designed according to the conference layout and for ease of use by speakers.

Picture-in-Picture solution over LAN is available in HD quality in 16:9 or 4:3 aspect ratio.

Live electronic room information system displays live session information in front of each room (current speaker, title of current speech, all speakers of running session, title of running session, next session etc.). The designs are in accordance with the conference layout or session specific for integration of sponsored advertisement.

Lectern including build-in LCD screen for digital display of the current speaker name, designed in accordance with the individual congress layout.

Interactive session control system – can run automated or chairman controlled – presenters stay within speech duration, supports discussions and free talks and accepts grace periods. Different versions of
speech time controllers are available.

Webcast technology for recording & online publication of all presentations without expensive post production. Includes all videos and animations, speaker’s voice & picture and presentation  information. No additional technicians or equipment in the lecture room are required.

New multimedia broadcast technology. Broadcasts all audio and visual settings plus presentations directly from the lecture rooms and live surgeries to any screen with Internet connection. HD quality –
no need for expensive satellite transmission.

Wireless voting system with software based evaluation; results will appear instantly on the screen in a graphic format. Consists of radio keypads and a receiver connected to the m-vote notebook. The receiver transmits the votes to the notebook which displays and saves them. The keypad provides 5 buttons which equals 5 optional answers per vote.
