Service is a big issue for us!
This is why you can contact us quickly and easily not only before the trade fair, but also during the assembly and during the trade fair itself.
On the first assembly day Thursday, 11 February 2010 we will also move to the exhibition hall. You will then find us in the portakabins of the trade fair management which will probably be located in Hall 8.2 again. If anything should not work immediately or might be missing also our trade fair service providers are close by and are always available through us. Our hall manager, who will "administer first aid" for many problems, has his office in Hall 8.2. Our colleague from the stand construction and the technical service will join us in our trade fair management portakabin this time.
Stand construction and technical services
MB Capital Services GmbH (CSG) can provide exhibitors with a
comprehensive range of technical and logistical services. CSG can
be relied upon to implement highly effective trade fair
presentations to meet its customers' objectives, based on their own
particular products and market strategies.
Dr. Rauch is the contact person at CSG for Build IT Berlin. Of course you can also contact her directly if you have any specific questions about your all-inclusive stand at Build IT Berlin.
Catering services
Capital Catering GmbH - a subsidiary of Messe Berlin - and its
services include the management of the many and varied catering
facilities on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds, such as the
Funkturm-Restaurant, and the provision of everything from snacks to
elaborate gala dinners for people attending meetings at the ICC
Berlin. In addition, CCG is one of the largest catering companies
in Berlin.
Frau Baarts is your contact partner for the GastroTickets at BauPlaza, which, as an exhibitor at Build IT Berlin, you can order in advance at reduced prices, as well as for all other issues regarding the catering of your clients and interested visitors at your stand.
Marketing and PR
The Press Team of Build IT
Berlin will be pleased to assist you if you are planning a
press conference, if you require information for the Novelties
Report or if you have any other questions regarding your trade fair
PR. Detailed information about our service offers, promotion

Conferences, Trade Fair Events
As an exhibitor, you can use premises close to your stand to stage
your own conferences, workshops and other half-day events. The
registration form will be available for download soon. Please
contact the ProjectTeam of Build IT

Business Centre
The Business Centre of Messe Berlin GmbH offers the following
services to you as an exhibitor, visitor or stand constructor:
- Photocopies (DIN A4/DIN A5, digital, black and white, stapled, assorted, duplex)
- Telefax (sending and receiving faxes)

security services, stand cleaning, exhibition staff, flowers and
decoration, transport and carriers, among others. The order forms
will be available from autumn from the Download Centre and/or by
clicking on Order Forms. If you have any questions, please don't
