What is the advantage of an all-inclusive stand?
The Project Team of Build IT Berlin offers its exhibitors standardised stand packages for stand sizes of 9 m², 12 m², 15 m² and 20 m² – but also other sizes are available upon request! All-inclusive stands are set up by Capital Services GmbH.
Besides the stand rent, the price includes assembly, power supply, furniture and daily stand cleaning. This makes the trade fair preparation much easier for the exhibitors since they do no longer have to book the individual elements or look for a suitable stand constructor. What is more, they can take advantage of the price reductions which Capital Services GmbH grants Messe Berlin.

I have received an offer for a fee-based listing to be published in alternative media. What is that?
Some exhibitors occasionally receive offers for fee-based entries in alternative, non-official media commonly referred to as reference guides, industry directories, independent trade fair publications etc. Messe Berlin does not endorse the offers made by these publications and is not associated with these publishers in any way. The Build IT FairMagazine is the only official medium of Build IT Berlin. Your contact partner is the ProjectTeam.

Messe Berlin offers this service for a fee – it can be ordered with the respective Order Forms (D1.1, D1.2).

These vouchers are charged at a special price, chargeable to the ordering company after the end of the trade fair. The exhibitor only pays for those vouchers which have actually been redeemed.
Why do I have to pay a deposit?
The deposit regulation of Messe Berlin has been introduced to make sure that the areas directly in front of the halls are not misused as parking lots during assembly and disassembly and to ensure that there is a certain fluctuation at the hall gates, giving all exhibitors the opportunity to unload their exhibits without having to cover long distances. For further details please refer to the Traffic Guide.
Please also advise your stand construction companies and carriers of the deposit regulation. When entering the fair grounds you have to deposit € 50 at the gate which are refunded if you leave the premises in due time. Please contact the ProjectTeam at the Trade Fair office early enough if you have any problems with leaving the premises in due time and/or if you need any information about parking space outside the fair grounds.
Do I need parking permits?
The assembly and disassembly passes are intended for delivery during assembly and disassembly. There is no parking space available during this time and the deposit regulation applies.
Parking permits can be ordered for the trade fair period using the respective form of the Service Documents (A3 for passenger cars, A4 for trucks und containers). This guarantees you a parking space on the fair grounds close to the hall. Alternatively, there are a limited number of partly free public parking spaces available in the surroundings of the trade fair. However, it is not possible to book any fixed parking spaces there. So there may be longer distances.

For a fee you can order the collection of other waste created at your stand during the assembly and disassembly as well as during the trade fair period through the company Capital Services using the forms B5 to B7 in the Exhibitor Service Documents.
Waste bags are collected at the end of a trade fair day only if they have been ordered in advance with the forms B6 and B7. The exhibitor has to put these labelled waste bags in front of the stand at the end of a trade fair day; they will be removed from the exhibition spaces during the night cleaning.
If it is foreseeable for you that you will need an interim collection in the course of the day due to a high waste volume, please contact the Trade Fair Management or ask for an individual offer by Capital Services in advance.
